The candidate will perform research in discovering and analyzing security vulnerabilities associated with a wide variety of wireless communication systems. Technical disciplines that may be required in these efforts include test, evaluation and reverse engineering of RF communications systems; development of software defined radio (SDR) algorithms to support reverse engineering and testing; communications theory; RF signal collection and analysis; communication protocol analysis; and countermeasures and vulnerability analysis for RF communication systems.
