Scientist, engineer, or associate who performs security analysis, reverse engineering, vulnerability assessment, and/or exploitation of machine learning systems. Machine Learning Security Researchers are also expected to develop machine learning applications as needed to address cybersecurity solutions. They work with a technically savvy team of software experts to perform intelligent software analysis (including vulnerability research), reverse engineering (including malware analysis), and/or research and development on secure cyber systems. Machine Learning Security Research positions may perform these analyses at both the implementation (source and binary analysis) and behavioral level (system, network, and protocol analysis). May also with other units within the Georgia Tech community to perform interdisciplinary research in secure computing. Over course of career establishes a portfolio of secure computing research and supervises a team of researchers.
The Research Program Manager directs and oversees a portfolio of research projects that includes internal and external sponsor and stakeholder engagement. The Research Program Manager is responsible both for the oversight of technical execution, schedule, and budget of assigned portfolios.

The Health Emerging & Advanced Technologies Division (HEAT-D) has a goal to grow a forward-looking, comprehensive capability in health data exchange and analytics technologies that brings innovative, cross-disciplinary methods and emerging techniques to the laboratory’s diverse information science portfolio. Current efforts include a portfolio of projects in federal and state public health, industry and foundational sponsorships, and internally funded research that encompasses clinical phenotyping, natural language processing, machine learning, synthetic data generation and interoperability and security standards and protocols, among other technologies and applications, for data exchange between electronic health records and reporting systems. The corpus of work naturally encompasses crucial cybersecurity and privacy considerations or technologies to ensure data security, HIPAA rules, authentication and authorization protocols, and IRB privacy protocols for research datasets, among others. This work is integral to developing robust and scalable proof-of-concept solutions. The Health Interoperability & Security Branch (HIS-B) focuses on applying health interoperability and security solutions to integrating health data systems for a wide variety of projects in multiple domains, including clinical care, research, public health improvement, cost and quality, and consumer-based health applications.
GTRI/SISD is seeking a Director, Combat Air Force (CAF) Advanced Program, Program Development. Performs as Liaison to Air Combat Command Advanced Programs. Integrates a highly classified Science and Technology portfolio into actionable enterprise plans.
