The Algorithm & Analysis Engineer is responsible for the development and support of state-of-the-art algorithms involving data fusion, sensor fusion, machine learning, manned/unmanned avionics improvement programs, and genetic programming. The Algorithm & Analysis Engineer focuses on the design, analysis, software/hardware implementation, optimization, profiling, and experimental evaluation of computer algorithms, bridging the gap between algorithm theory and practical applications of algorithms in software engineering.

Based on detailed trade studies and requirements analyses, radar systems engineers develop solutions to satisfy system requirements and perform functions related to all aspects of radar system design.
The Special Secure Computing Division (S2CD) fills the Information System Security Engineer (ISSE) and Common Control Provider (CCP) roles for GTRI Special Programs in accordance with the Joint SAP Implementation Guide (JSIG). S2CD works closely with Research Security’s Special Cyber Security division, GTRI project directors, and lab computer support representatives (CSR) to provide secure computing resources for GTRI projects.
